What an unbelievable end to an amazing season! The DKMB U13 Rep team are OBA CHAMPIONS!!!
It was an unforgettable weekend in Welland where the boys went 6-0 to cap off an amazing tournament with an Ontario Championship. The best part about this weekend was that every player had their moment to shine; when the team needed them to step up, they did in a big way. In the final game against Listowel, it took a total team effort to come away with a 5-2 victory.
It has become evident in talking to teams from across the province that this group of young men have put DKMB baseball on the map. Their level of play, sportsmanship and passion for the game is what this team will be remembered for.
Congratulations to the young men and thank you from all the coaches and parents for playing the game the right way and giving us so many memories that will last a lifetime.
