DKMB Rookie Ball Canada Day Games
Submitted By Steve Rumford on Thursday, July 09, 2015
As part of the 2015 Del-Ko-Brydge Canada Day celebrations, players from all 4 DKMB teams took part in special Canada Day Rookie Ball games in Mount Brydges.

DKMB #1 played DKMB #2 at the Mt. Brydges Arena diamond while DKMB #3 played DKMB #4 at the Mt. Brydges Legion diamond.  All players experienced the thrill of having their names announced over the P.A. system as they assembled on the baselines for the opening ceremonies and the playing of O’Canada.  Baseball was in the air on this beautiful day as the P.A. announcers called up each batter and a large number of energetic and supportive fans cheered on the teams.

There was lots of exciting baseball action (and fun!) at both games. Congratulations to all players on a job well done!
