Come from behind Walk-off!!!
It was a very exciting game in Komoka on Thursday night, as the RiverCats were able to come back from an 8-3 deficit and pick up the win over Thedford. Trailing by 3 runs heading into their last at-bat, DKMB was able to put a 4 on the board and win the game in walk-off fashion.
Team #2 showed up ready to play on Thursday night, as evidenced by their 11 runs scored on 14 hits. Strong pitching preformances were turned in by all who took the bump, including Sam and Will Stewart. Zack Sibley and David DeJeu paced the offense as they each dropped 4 hits.
Next up, The RiverCats head to St.Thomas for a matchup at Cardinal Field where they will look to improve on their 1-0 start.
