Pitching tips from the Coach
As a pitcher at younger levels of baseball you probably learned to throw a 4-seam and a 2-seam fastball.  A 4-seam fastball tends to stay up in the strike zone.  A 2-seam fastball will tend to stay down in the strike zone.  As you move up levels it's important to learn to throw pitches at different speeds and that will move in different ways.  There are many "change of speed pitches" but the changeup shown here by Coach Dan Blewett is good choice for young pitchers.
