Girls Baseball Sessions

Location: Komoka Community Centre
DKMB is hosting baseball skills sessions for girls aged 6-12 at the Komoka Community Centre on the following dates:
• Saturday, April 14th @ 9:30am until 10:30am
• Saturday, April 21st @ 9:30am until 10:30am
• Thursday, April 26th @ 6:00pm until 7:00pm
We will be running high tempo workouts which will highlight the following baseball skills:
• Proper Warm-Up
• Baserunning Basics
• Hitting Techniques
• Catching and Throwing Mechanics
• Fielding Techniques
Cost is $10 and all you need is running shoes and a glove.
