Special Members Meeting
Reminder of our Special Members Meeting scheduled for Saturday, November 30th at 10:00 am. This meeting will address updates to our current by-laws to ensure compliance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA).
Your participation and input are appreciated. Draft by-laws are posted for review on our website under the Documents section. We kindly ask all members to RSVP in advance to receive the online meeting link.
Additionally, if you have any feedback or questions related to the by-law updates, please submit them prior to the meeting. This will allow us to structure the agenda effectively and provide ample time for discussion.
